Farm Collie Puppies – Almost 4 weeks old!

December 24, 2022 By Leah Leave a Comment

We are in the middle of a blizzard here today in Minnesota, but the puppies inside are warm and PLAYFUL! They have all started to associate us with play and snuggles, and are quick to greet the kids and I when we enter the room with their little voices and wagging tails.

They will be 4 weeks old tomorrow, and now have their puppy teeth in. They have been enjoying two small meals of softened puppy food a day, in addition to nursing from Brandy when she decides to brave the den. Something that has been wonderful about these puppies are how clean they like to keep their sleeping area. For the past few days they all leave their "nest" when they wake up, and use the bathroom on an old towl on the other side of the den. It has made clean up easy, these pups will be very easy to potty train when we get to that.

We took a few videos today during play sessions to give you a glimpse into their lives right now. It is fun to watch how they interact with eachother and us. Enjoy!
