Creamy every time fudge:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cream
Heat sugar and butter/cream on a medium heat to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes (stirring constantly).
Remove from heat and fold in:
- Dash of Salt
- Teaspoon of Vanilla
- 2 cups confectioner’s (powered) sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Stir until marshmallows are dissolved and mixture is creamy.
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 baking dish and place in refrigerator to set up. Once cooled, fudge will be set up and can me cut into squares and served.
Want chocolate fudge? Replace the 1/2 cup brown sugar for another 1/2 cup of white sugar (so 1 cup white sugar total) and add a 1/2 cup of baking coco when folding in the powered sugar and marshmallows.
We enjoy adding nuts or chopped candies for an extra fancy treat.
