Farm Collies – 8 week update!

January 22, 2023 By Leah Leave a Comment

I am behind updating everyone on the sweet farm collies this week. They were given a clean bill of health at the vet this past Friday. The vet and her wonderful team of techs did a wonderful job helping get everyone safely in and out for their first shots and exam. All nine pups did a great job.

Starting next week, these farm collies will begin going to their forever homes. It is such a bittersweet moment. All puppies except one have been spoken for. We have a few that will be staying with us into early February until their owners are ready to pick them up, so we won’t have to say goodbye to everyone at once. The kids and I are thankful for the extra time and puppy snuggles that will allow us to have!

UPDATE 2-2-2023: All puppies have been spoken for. It was such a joy to be a part of the start of these wonderful puppies’ lives.  There all will have that beautiful, classic collie look and check all the boxes of what we look for in a good farm dog – curious, intelligent, confident, and playful, already showing an aptitude for herding and quick to learn.
